Law & Ethics: The Roiling Waters of Unprofessional Conduct and How to Avoid Them!

Presented by David Jensen, JD, CAMFT Staff Attorney - 3 CE Hours

Workshop Description:
Roiling water can be dangerous for swimmers! “Roiling” water can be dangerous for clinicians! In the physical world, roiling water results from topography, but in the world of psychotherapy, “roiling” water results from the misconduct of clinicians. What sort of misconduct can cause “roiling” water? What can you do to keep your license or intern registration away from “roiling” water? In this three-hour presentation, CAMFT staff attorney, Dave Jensen, J.D. will explore the concept of unprofessional conduct so that you can avoid the “roiling” water of unprofessional conduct!
