Get an in-depth review of the changes in supervision requirements and expectations that will become effective on January 1st, 2022. Topics that will be discussed include: Assembly Bill 690, supervision regulations, changes to forms, supervisor training, substitute supervisor requirements, and helpful reminders. The presentation aims to simplify the requirements so the participant can easily understand how to lawfully comply with these new changes.

- Differentiate the five potential settings where an unlicensed supervisee may be able to perform professional services
- Prepare a plan should the need arise for a substitute supervisor
- Identify common misconceptions including the “90 Day Rules” and supervision contact requirements
- Identify the required forms and assessments needed for supervision
