This webinar will highlight the fundamentals of Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting as well as Dependent Adult and Elder Abuse Reporting laws in California. The various reporting categories will be examined as well as the reporting guidelines that have been established by The Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act as well as The Elder Abuse and Dependent Adult Civil Protection Act.

  • Identify potential child/dependent adult and elder abuse and/or neglect.
  • Explain the laws and reporting obligations of mandated reporters.
  • Describe the definition of child abuse and elder/dependent adult abuse.
